Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Identification

Ohmygourd is an online store operated by Roton Nathalie / sole trader, residing at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: contact@ohmygourd.fr.

2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website ohmygourd.fr. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual. Ohmygourd reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Ohmygourd reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Delivery costs are indicated during order validation.

5. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Ohmygourd reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock or payment issues.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during checkout. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the timeframes indicated on the product page. Ohmygourd cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. In case of a damaged or lost package, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

For deliveries to overseas territories (DOM-TOM) and internationally, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be required upon delivery. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the sale price or delivery fees.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated.

9. Returns and Refunds

For any return request, the customer must contact Ohmygourd by email before returning the product. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

10. Personal Data
