Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Our extended policy For customer satisfaction, Ohmygourd accepts returns within 30 days of receipt.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Procedure Contact us at contact@ohmygourd.fr with your order number. We will provide you with the return address.

Refund The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, via the payment method used when ordering.
